Had a clean, smoke-free room with no bugs, which was great. The grocery store and fast food places were super close, and the beds were comfy for one. Staff was helpful, but the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold. some areas felt a bit dirty, which wasn’t cool.

The bed was comfy and clean, and the staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel looked somewhat remodeled, with nice pillow options and great shower pressure.
Felt so taken care of, no complaints at all.

the room was clean - spacious, and had a beautiful view. the bed was comfy, and there was free coffee in the morning. the hotel is located close to the airport - making it convenient for travelers. the parking was easy and safe, and the staff provided good service.

The security guard was actively walking around, ensuring a safe environment for guests. The hotel offered nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. I'll recommend this hotel.

The check-in staff at this conveniently located hotel were fabulous and went above and beyond to assist me. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, with a table for work. The hotel offered great value for my money, especially during Spring Training. I appreciated the amenities like the fridge and microwave in the room. The location was perfect for walking to the nearby ballpark and there were plenty of fast food options in the area. The staff, including housekeeping personnel, were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had good wifi and was centrally located between the East and West Phoenix baseball stadiums.
The air conditioner in the room didn't cool properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
